All bidders must be 18 years old and provide valid drivers license information at the time of registration. The Bullseye Auction Inc. reserves the right to deny registration at it's discretion. PAYMENT: By registering to bid and participating in our auction events, you agree to abide by the payment terms stated in the details of each Auction Event. SALES TAX: All Sales are taxed according to state regulation. 7.6% if auction is at our building...7.6% in the city of Pueblo unless you have a valid UPDATED resale license with Bullseye Auction dba BumbleBee Auction TAX EXEMPT: It is the Bidder's responsibility to provide the appropriate resale or exemption certificate for each auction at which the Bidder makes a purchase. If you do not provide a valid updated license you WILL be charged tax...NO grey area....We are not chasing down licenses...it is your responsibility to provide prior to payment. AUCTION ITEM DESCRIPTIONS: All items are described and believe to be correct by the selling parties. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Owner/Seller or Bullseye Auction Company concerning these items or lots shall be construed as a warranty either express or implied. ITEMS AND LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS - WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidder acknowledges that all items and lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and, by these terms, The Bulleye Auction Company and Owner/Seller encouraged Bidders to carefully inspect each item prior to bidding. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY ITEM SOLD. WITHDRAWAL OF ITEMS: From time to time, it may become necessary to withdraw items from a sale after they are listed. The Bulleye Auction Company realizes this is an inconvenience and will not take this course of action lightly. However, we do reserve the right to remove items from the auction in the event the need arises. REMOVAL: Once the auction is over, the buyer owns the item. The Buyer assumes all risk of damage and/or loss of the property until removed from sale premises. The pickup information is stated in each auction event's details. WHAT IS A BID: When a bid is placed a contract is made. The bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid and win, you are contractually required to buy the product at the said price you bid. Placing a bid on this Site, and winning, then not paying for the product is illegal in Colorado, and prosecution will result. **Pickup Thursday through Saturday after auction (03/11-03/13)..9a til 5p. PLEASE Get Invoice paid by Saturday 03/13 at 5pm. IT ONLY TAKES A MINUTE TO CALL & PAY...no excuses. **We do NOT keep credit cards on file or "autocharge" any credit cards...YOU need to call and pay. This protects both you and us...and assures we are on the "same page". **We are a 100% Family owned small business and pack/ship/collect all our invoices PERSONALLY. **Unlike many other companies...We are not in the business of "shipping for profit" but we must cover our costs and not lose money. **We charge ACTUAL shipping cost plus box/material fee based on size of package as follows: Small Box: $2 material~packing fee Medium Box: $6 material~packing fee Large Box: (20" and above) $10 material~packing fee **We reserve the right to require a cashiers check or wire transfer if shipping is required on any purchase over $300 based on buyer's feedback and buyer rating. This is a "policy of the times" as we have no choice but to protect against fraud. In many instances it is easier anyway as card may decline purchase. **Always think before you bid and remember: Keep Under 24" & Under 20lbs or expect cost will go up substantially. Stay with those rules and you will rarely exceed $20 unless in a "bad" zipcode. **All Ammo Shipped FedEx (no USPS). Absolutely NO shipping on Liquid items such as booze or cleaning products. Do not bid on furniture if you need shipped even though it says "shipping available"...just use common sense.
